Vegan Chicken Fried Steak

One night I was craving of the Kentucky fried original recipe. I had some vegan chicken wings in the freezer and decided to give it a try.  I researched on different Kentucky fried chicken recipes and ended up putting my own recipe together.  I had extra batter left that I decided to try it with tofu and a vegan boca burger patty, which ended tasting like chicken fried steak!  My hubs loved it!
