Found this vegan chicken at the local Asian grocery store near my place. Coated the chicken with Panko breading and baked it for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. It was freaking me out of how much of a drumstick it looked like and the texture of the “meat” while I was eating it. I had to actually stop eating it because it tasted to real. BLAH. Honestly, I don’t think I can eat this again. hehe. I’m sure new veges would probably eat this though if they were going through meat withdrawals. Btw, there’s a popsicle stick in the middle to keep the shape of the “drumstick”.
